Western Port Community Support provides emergency relief and support to marginalised individuals and families who are experiencing disadvantage within the community.
We provide assistance through the provision of -
- food parcels,
- food vouchers,
- emergency accommodation,
- pharmacy, travel and fuel vouchers and
- assistance with utility, rental and medical expenses.
We also provide a comprehensive support, information and advocacy service.
Western Port Community Support works closely with other social and community welfare organisations to provide the best service to our clients.
